Special Considerations: The director must be currently employed by the St. Clair County Board of Education. Teachers must be currently employed by the St. Clair County Board of Education. Teachers with CDL’s are encouraged to apply. Adult aides must be 18 and must have an acceptable background clearance through the Alabama State Department of Education before working. College students are encouraged to apply. Student Aides must be at least 15 years of age, current students in the St. Clair County School System and be in good standing. Anyone 18 years of age or older must have an acceptable background clearance with the Alabama State Department of Education.
